Donna G (Strength & Balance Chair Class)
I attended Rachel's Strength and Balance class this past winter, and it was a great experience overall. I felt this class was really helpful for improving my stability and core strength. Rachel is very knowledgeable and encouraging and focuses on practical movements that will be very helpful with every day life, like standing from sitting. She provides a lot of information on proper form to prevent injury or strain, and keeps the class interesting and challenging with new movements as we gain strength.

In her classes Rachel takes the time to explain each exercise in detail. She stresses moving slowly and concentrating on every movement. After three months of Rachel's personal attention I feel that my strength and flexibility have noticeably improved and I hope to continue working with her again.
